Culinary Boot Camp

 On Tuesday December 3 2024 Chef Jess & Chef Kaci along with 14 students from the Culinary program participated in a culinary boot camp in Concord NH.  This event was put on by the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association and sponsored by ProStart. 

This event gave students the opportunity to watch demonstrations from chefs on the preparation and plating techniques used in the ProStart competitions.  Students were also given the chance to participate in several of the demos earning themselves gift cards for their participation
