In fact, culinarians must approach their profession with a humility that informs them that they will never know everything about cooking or the cultures that inform the activities in the kitchen. You may be an expert in Italian cuisine, and your friend is an expert in Indian Cuisine, and between the two of you, you both have much to learn from each other.
