ProStart Boot Camp 2023

 On Tuesday November 28, 2023 Chef Kaci and twelve students from the Culinary program participated in a culinary boot camp in Concord NH.  This event was put on by the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association and sponsored by ProStart. 

This event gave students the opportunity to watch demonstrations from chefs on the preparation and plating techniques used in the ProStart competitions.  Students were given the chance to participate in some of the demos as well.
