Retired Educators' Luncheon

 Our retired educator friends are back! Due to restaurant service concerns surrounding the pandemic, we have not seen the Salem Retired Educators since the Autumn of 2019. They typically meet and have lunch with us once a school year, while also meeting with representatives of Healthtrust. It was great to have them back!! They enjoyed a three course plated meal on Thursday May 11th, that included Mixed Greens and Roasted Vegetable salad with cider-sage vinaigrette, fresh Ciabatta bread, Chicken Cordon Bleu with apple chutney, buttered steamed asparagus and potato gratin, and strawberry shortcake.
