Culinary Arts 2, First Quarter Update
Our Culinary 2 students have been working hard all quarter on menu creation. This includes picking menu items for the different cooking stations, creating standardized recipes for those items, and then executing those recipes. They then took some of those items and that was our first menu for the Three Seasons Restaurant, which is currently open to the Salem High School staff. Pictured below are some of those creations.

Korean BBQ Chicken with Peanut Noodle Salad and Napa Cabbage Slaw
Seared Steak with Porcini Mushroom Risotto and Steamed Asparagus
