College Fair

The students of Salem High School culinary department hosted their first dinner of the school year last Wednesday night. We fed around 100 representatives from various colleges and the armed forces, who gathered in the gym for the SHS college fair. Said one representative in an email regarding the event, "I want to thank you again for the invite to be part of your career fair. It was a great time, and I met some wonderful students you should be very proud.

I also want say the show was put together very well for us exhibitors and very friendly staff.

Finally a special nod to your culinary program and staff they did a marvelous job. The food presentation was gorgeous and tasted even better!!!!"
